Certification
Ive tried three times over three days to get certified, each occasion is rejected of changed rooms so Ive got more light I printed off the sheets which is provided and updated ID with passport. It doesnt help with feedback on why it is being rejected. He also cant contact anybody from the site as youre not certified what a vicious circle that is anybody else got any help and tips or knows how to contact The site regarding feedback.
Your post makes no sense. You may want to proofread.
If your issue is your photos are being declined, they may be to large. (Seems to be a constant issue). Reduce the quality and resubmit. Make sure your ID is clearly readable (you can blank out your DL#, but must show your full name, your DOB, and photo).
If all else fails, send a direct message to teamtrue2. She's back online after a month away.
