Travelites' Good-bye to Summer event report & upcoming -

It really was a lot of fun. There were residents of not only the Carolinas but also Georgia. We had a number of snacks to nibble on during the day. The pool was a perfect temperature to float around in plus the hot tub was relaxing as ever.
The bean bag toss game was well used.

Paul still grills the best ever hamburgers, bratwurst, and hot dogs. We had all possible accompaniments including condiments, two different cheeses, tomatoes, coleslaw, baked beans and yummy, as always, Brownies, and black raspberry Edy's ice cream.

Labor Day weekend will find about 15 members plus other friends visiting and enjoying the amenities of a great park, Serendipity, Cleveland, GA.

The next Travelites' event is the Annual Patriots' party with Fish/Shrimp Fry & auction conclusion plus calendar confirmation on Sept. 10th, Hopkins, SC.
