Naked and Afraid has been running for a while now. 4 Seasons I believe
In the UK they made Naked Office
I also remember a British Documentary "What's the problem with Nudity" which was pretty interesting.

What I would like to see is a travel show visiting and reviewing nudist resorts like the travel shows on AWE and the Travel Channel.
