What is your view about cock rings? Is it just another item of jewellery or is it intended to draw attention to that private part? I have some cock rings which I occasionally wear. It isn't there to draw attention to my rather small penis but I can feel that I am wearing it. For some men it is a way of getting or sustaining an erection. That might not be too good on a nudist beach.

When I wear one I enjoy the feeling and look, don't wear it that much though. I have the same thoughts with my tie. I like the way I look and feel with it on, but don't wear it very often either.

Mine are not discrete (shiny stainless) but apart from a bit of uplift and additional swing they don't affect my size. My member steadfastly insists on being in 'compact' mode when out the the free air! I enjoy them for the feeling more than anything, but don't mind the resulting look. I'm usually not the only one wearing something on any given day. Sometimes I wear them, sometimes not.
