"I" believe that it's both only women show it more openly. After yrs of observations and chatting with others [& NO not on the internet either] that men enjoy it just as much but in private as to not let anyone see that they are NOT as macho as they want everyone around them to believe they are, but given the proper situation, men are just about as willing to give a big, long, sensual hug as a woman.
But as Dennis Miller is fond of asying: "that's just MY opinion, but I could be wrong!"
