I'm so glad you brought up this topic because I was wondering the same thing! I keep noticing guys in the locker room either changing into gym shorts without putting on underwear or getting dressed without underwear after their workout. At my gym, I'd say about a third of the guys are freeballing during or after their workout.

I have only freeballed at the gym in my building since there are rarely many people there. It's very comfortable, but I find that it is really obvious when doing some exercises, like push ups. I'll definitely try it soon at my regular gym, but I might have to get shorts that are a little heavier material :)

The gym was one of the last places I wore underwear when I was wearing it less and less in my transition to full time.
Once I tried it I liked it so well that I wished I had started a lot sooner!
