Picture Ratings

I noticed that there are pictures with ratings on the main screen. Where do those ratings come from?

Up until last June when this became a "freemium" site, one could rate pictures in the gallery between 1 and 5. That was disabled.

Ratings is not all that no longer functions properly, if you notice we have
had the same old five most popular ever since TN went to pay to view. People
looking at the site before becoming members click on the pictures of the five
most popular and they get a profile view credit, if they click on a random
gallery picture the person in the picture dose not get a credit for profile
view, instead it directs the person to the gallery section and says you need to
pay first to view. Just a few more problems incurred when the site change from
they way it was originally designed.
