A Nudist's Diary

This is a group where members enjoy to write and read experiences in nudity.

I'm just back from a week's nude holiday in France. it was brilliant and possibly the only holiday this year that hasn't been cancelled ( I had booked 10 of them as usual). Traveling from and to the UK was interesting. Firstly our airline cancelled the flights and we had to find an alternative. There is an "Air Bridge" between the UK and France - an arrangement which allows travel between the two countries without quarantine. But it is with complications - forms have to be filled in no more than 48 hours before return to the UK. We would not be allowed to re-enter the UK without it. This required a WiFi and computing facilities at the resort - not easy in a camp site in central France.

The other interesting aspect was how very few people were in the airports. Flights were full but were very few. That made social distancing more easy. But the obligatory face masks became uncomfortable when worn for hours.

Incidentally my friends and I always fly in kilts. There is almost always a time when I'm asked to show what's under the kilt, proving I'm not wearing underwear. This time it was in London Heath Row airport.

Was this one of your trips where you could be continuously nude then entire time you were there?

Yes it was. We stripped naked when picking up the hire car at the airport and stayed naked until returning it a week later. But we did have to wear face masks (nothing else) in reception and when shopping.

Then did you only have the clothing you wore on the plane with you and pack nothing but personal care items?
What is the name of the resort?

You're very lucky to be able to travel and holiday at all at the moment. I'm a little jealous.

The resort is called Domain de la Sabliere. Its in the South of France, inland. I couldn't do it now without 14 days quarantine.
