Brewing a Gose
Return to DiscussionsGose is a very old style of beer that is seeing a resurgence with craft brewers. It is brewed with wheat, salt, and coriander and is a very pleasant beer to drink.
I recently brewed a gose (pronounced goes-uh) and want to add something to it. I have seen them with hibiscus and a few other things. Any suggestions would help.
