Return to DiscussionsYou just hope they don't get upset if you give your honest rating on a beer...not everyone will like everything a brewery makes. But you have to be somewhat considerate...truthful...just don't be an ass. I've seen people act like morons on it...but it is another social media device ;)
Agreed... I've seen some very snobby (and frankly incorrect) reviews on beers on the app... but I find people on Untappd are way more civil than Beer Advocate or Rate Beer.
Generally, I rate Budweiser as a 50% pass base beer, and rate everything against it. I may trend a bit high, but aside from the odd ghastly beer, it tends to be somewhat reasonable.
