Return to DiscussionsI've got my favourite spot. 40...45 minutes driving to where I can launch for a paddle that's just short of 10 km/6 miles (perhaps more allowing for my zig-zag route selection) with scenery featuring cliffs, beach, bathing boxes, blokes fishing off their runabouts, and nude beachgoers, including me as I stop for a break.. I'm going to find it hard to improve on that...
We haven't taken our canoes out in a few years due to being on the road RVing these past few summers. We'll be at our home base here in PA this summer so we'll get them out. As far as I know (hopefully), our spot to paddle to and skinny dip is still viable.
