DeAnza Springs Resort

There was a group for DeAnza but the owner has been off line for three years so I decided to create a new group. Hi all. As a resident of San Diego we went to DAS often and considered it our home reaort. Now that the new owners went and effed it all up, we're wondering what would be a good place for a couple to go. Glen Eden is closest and then there's Olive Dell and Shangri-la in Phoenix. We love kids but prefer a more adult atmosphere. Not looking for LS resorts by the way. Any advice? We are also aware of Palm Springs resorts but want something surrounded by nature rather than a city. Thanks

RE:Where to go

It's a much longer drive but Mira Vista is quite nice. If you prefer to avoid PS, then the other SoCal resorts are certainly worth considering. You're fortunate to have Black's nearby - and of course there's some nude soaking at Deep Creek.

RE:Where to go

I've been at Laguna Del Sol for six weeks now. I wish this was closer to Phoenix because I would be here all the time if I could. This is a very nice resort. Camping here is really nice. I'll be back next summer for sure. I recommend Laguna Del Sol for camping. They have lots of park models to rent so staying here is easy if you don't have your own camper.
