Free Style Nudity

A group for those who want to be nude on their own terms - without the hassles and rules of organised and commercialised nudism and naturism. It is a forum for discussion and exchange of information, with the aim of allowing more people to "do it their own way".Photos are allowed so please add lots of them - they make for a lively group. For confidentiality I have set it so that only...

Nudism: National and International

Return to Discussions

We have a very multinational membership in this group and I think it is very important for us all to recognise that social and legal attitudes to nudism vary significantly depending on where you are. As a consequence of those differences, opinions expressed on this site (even by me!) may be in contradiction of legal requirements or social mores in other locations.
My first plea is that we should all be careful not to mislead other people by making statements about local conditions, and expressing them as if they apply generally.
I think we will all have our ideas on that - let's hear about them and discuss them

RE: Nudism: National and International

Pamela, I see, like me,you are from theUK and like to find the sun in the south of Europe. We hear of attitudes in the USA against nudism and then hear of clothes-optonal precincts and resorts. I can't help feeling attitudes are similar here in the UK. But here the weather is the main deterrent to shedding clothes. Even with that there are quiet places and days where we can go for a naked hike - as long as we are carefull. I'm fortunate to live in a small village where most people know me. They all know I'm a nudist and don't mind at all as long as I don't strip off in front of them.
Your stories really make me want to go to Cap d' Argd. My sun seaking has been in the south of Portugal and Spain where I have met many locals during my naked excursions. They appear not to mind at all. Or maybe they just think "crazy Brits". Anyhow the people I stayed with in Portugal have moved to near Cap d' Argd. So who knows,I might get there yet. Just one question: where do you put your change when going shopping in the nude?
