Return to DiscussionsSounds like a cliche topic I know..but I wanted to put this out here for my fellow freeballers. I generally don't wear underwear and I have been wearing them less and less at work as well. Sometimes, depending on the material of my slacks or khakis I would wear boxers only, but I decided to just rid myself of underwear all together despite my attire. This applies to work, running errands or at the gym etc. I do run and I will keep some snug shorts or under gear just to keep things from being jolted around.
Now, to my point, I have an appointment for yearly check up and with a new doctor at the VA next week and I wanted input from any freeballers out there in regards to wearing or not wearing underwear to my appointment. I would prefer to stick to my guns and stay underwear free, but not sure if there might be an issue or if anyone has ever experienced an issue while at the doctor's office? I have observed over the years how sometimes the doctors barely lift my shirt to check me out or listen to my heart and lungs etc. I am not sure how "complete" this check up will be as it is the first time I will meet with this new doc. My previous primary care doc at the VA was a female although she never examined me and always referred me to her intern, which was male. Male or female, does not matter to me, again, just looking for thoughts or input on my upcoming freeball or not doctor's visit. Thanks and hope ya'll have a great day!
I had an appointment with the dermatologist for a full body check-up. His assistant (female) told me to take off everything except my underwear for the exam. I told her I wasn't wearing any and that I was a nudist. The doctor said he never knew a nudist! I thought this was a little strange in his particular line of work. He wanted to know how one could be a nudist in Michigan. I told him that as long as no one could see me, I spent a lot of time naked in the back yard and deck. My neighbors are close, but are only home about 2 months a year since this is a second home for them. I usually mow the back yard naked.

How did the nurse react to this? The nurse I had for my procedure certainly seemed relaxed and (I think) dropped hints that she knew I was a nudist. Apparently tanned feet are a give away. That's an odd thing to say. Why Michigan, do they have particularly strong nudity laws?
He probably knows other nudists, but just doesn't know. Lucky you. I wish our neighbours were only there 2 months a year, preferably during the winter :D They are the only ones that can see into our back garden
I have not worn underwear for at least 15 years and prior that I used to wear this thing called a sock from International Male. Basically a thong without the string. I like the free flow of my stuff hanging and depending on the material I like to show a nice package with rim. Last dermatology appointment I asked the doc (female) if she needed to check my cock since I am a nudist and she said, "sure." My whole body check up and found a spot that was cancerous and due to have it removed next week.
Around four years ago I had a bout with bladder cancer. At that time I usually wore tidy whiteys. At the initial appointment I was asked to drop my pants and underwear in order to have the procedure. Well I ma not sure what happened but shortly after the operations I decided to start going commando, and have been doing so since. I have had many appointments since and not only do I go commando I am also a smoothie. Since then dropping my pants has not been an issue since and my bladder nurse is now comfortable enough around me that when I'm at a checkup he usually makes a smart assed remark as to whether or not I have recently shaved or have gone a few days without. Maybe not the most professional but we have a comfort level that provides us the ability to joke. My Primary care Dr' is a woman and has never remarked in any way when she has performed hernia check she has always most professional. Since becoming a free baller I have had no reason nor desire to wear underwear and I like it that way no excuses.
Continuing discussion, my 68 yo bladder doesn't always completely empty, nor is the sphincter muscle control nearly as good as when I wore an younger man's cloths. I much prefer the last couple of drops get absorbed by my tidy-whities instead of feeling them run all the way down my leg , to my socks.
I chickened out for a hospital appointment yesterday and wore one of my most modest pairs (pictured below) and on the second occasion on which I had to remove my trousers the two young ladies doing the x-rays of my legs offered me a hospital gown if I wanted it.
I replied that I didn't need it for modesty as I would be naked on the beach in a fortnight's time to which they responded by asking where i was going and wishing me a good time there.
When I was 20 I had to get a fusion 5th -6th , they took a bone from my hip when I was leaving I still lived at home the doctor told my mom that he would see me in 10 days untill then I should not wear jeans or anything with a wast band ( underwear ) so the stitches on my hip would heel better , my mom went and bought a robe for me to wear around the house I remember when I fell asleep most of the time I woke uncovered
Bought tanga underwear to wear to the dermatologist.That way he will be able to see more and take less effort pulling one area at a time down or out to look as is his normal practice.
Tanga underwear would cover more than the most covering underwear I own at present.
