Freeballing at the doctor's office

Sounds like a cliche topic I know..but I wanted to put this out here for my fellow freeballers. I generally don't wear underwear and I have been wearing them less and less at work as well. Sometimes, depending on the material of my slacks or khakis I would wear boxers only, but I decided to just rid myself of underwear all together despite my attire. This applies to work, running errands or at the gym etc. I do run and I will keep some snug shorts or under gear just to keep things from being jolted around.
Now, to my point, I have an appointment for yearly check up and with a new doctor at the VA next week and I wanted input from any freeballers out there in regards to wearing or not wearing underwear to my appointment. I would prefer to stick to my guns and stay underwear free, but not sure if there might be an issue or if anyone has ever experienced an issue while at the doctor's office? I have observed over the years how sometimes the doctors barely lift my shirt to check me out or listen to my heart and lungs etc. I am not sure how "complete" this check up will be as it is the first time I will meet with this new doc. My previous primary care doc at the VA was a female although she never examined me and always referred me to her intern, which was male. Male or female, does not matter to me, again, just looking for thoughts or input on my upcoming freeball or not doctor's visit. Thanks and hope ya'll have a great day!

Exactly my experience, too.

I have had a female doctor for years. When she does my annual exam, she tells me to take everything off and leaves the room while I undress. There would be no way for her to know or probably care if I was wearing underwear. There is a folded paper for which to cover myself, but I don't unfold it much so it barely covers me. It frequently falls open and I spend most of the exam nude.

My only question is why do you waste a sheet of paper like that?

My guess is that it's probably the one that they put on top of the bed that they have in the exam room. If it's the one I'm thinking of, it's basically a thin, white tissue paper that doesn't cover anything anyway since it's easy to see through.

For the first time in ages I had to visit my doctor today. If he even noticed that I was commando, he didn't react at all.

I've received a hospital appointment for tomorrow morning, so I'll have another chance to see if I get a reaction. My guess is that I won't

Yesterday when I visited my GP, even though he was male, he offered the option of having a chaperone / witness in the room if I wished. I declined. He then proceeded to examine me and at no point even gave an indication that he had noticed or cared that I was commando.

I had my hospital visit this morning, and this time I was seen by the sister. She didn't give me the option to decline a chaperone and brought in a nurse to attend while I was examined. Again, they either didn't notice or didn't care that I was commando.

My experience would suggest that what others have said is true and that medical staff don't give a monkeys

Today, the sister did place a paper over my groin area, and it was a piece of the roll that they covers the examination couch

On Tuesday I was in hospital outpatients for a rectal examination. I found it hilarious that not only did I have to wear two gowns, the traditional one that fastens at the back leaving your bum on show, and one the over way round to wear as a house coat, but I also had to wear paper knee length shorts that had a 12" hole in the back through which the examination was to be done.

I haven't been that dressed in years :D

I think it was a bit of a surprise the first time but when I get my "t" shot I have to drop trou to get my butt cheek stabbed with a needle and I don't wear undies when I'm performing daily business. I'm sure the young lady had quite a view and was stuttered a minute. These days it's old hat with those girls and today I became their "favorite" patient due to my patience. Maybe for other reasons, I don't know, but I like to think so. :-)

In my pre-freeballing days was asked to strip and put on a hospital gown for an examination so I did so.
I was a bit surprised when it was explained to me that they did not expect me to remove my underwear.
Needless to say the examination continued without my underwear.

Only being a part-time freeballer I wore this underwear for my recent doctor and x-ray appointments, for which trouser removal was required
