whenever i wear briefs there is no such problem. but when i wear boxers to enjoy the freedom, my penis hangs in the right side and i am right handed when the balls hangs in the center. most of the time they dont hang because i have tight balls but when they hang i love the feel of it

To the right and right handed.
And yes the gusset will tease the tip and piss slit. Not that I'm complaining. The stimulus will even fluff me from time to time. But I will usually adjust myself of I start to get too aroused. ;-)
Most of the time to the left. Although by late afternoon things shift to the right.
