I don't see what this has to do with it. I'm what's called "a grower, not a shower" but that doesn't reduce the pleasure I get from being free of undies. It's just so much more comfortable.
I can't see how that would be any different if I had a python between my legs, although being as I am is much safer :-)
I also agree with others who think that your changing are seems no different to a gym locker room.
Only you know the social acceptance levels at your work though, and you certainly don't want to jeopardize your job.
Been free-balling for years. As a nurse wearing scrubs at the bedside had to wear, at least boxers anyway. Getting an erection was common place in a university teaching hospital, for me anyway with all the good looking young men and women running around. Now that I am away from the bedside in administration I can free-ball to my hearts content.
