My answers
25ish, 64, within 3 months but bought 1 for a doctor's appointment or 3 times over the next 2 years before I went permanently without.

In my late twenties, I developed a rash in my crotch. My doctor advised me to ditch the tighty-whities (I never felt comfortable in boxer shorts, because they tended to bunch up). I stopped wearing underwear and the rash went away. I've been "commando" ever since.How long after you went Full time did you get rid of all of your underwear?
I've still got some. I got some more briefs after testicular surgery, for support during the healing process.
