Fuerteventura

A group dedicated to the Canary Island of Fuerteventura (Spain). An island of outstanding natural beauty where nudism is very tolerated except in the main resort beaches, the island is becoming increasingly popular with nudists of all ages. Nudist hotspots, the vast expanse of beaches in the dunes of Corralejo, El Cotillo and the beaches of the Jandia peninsula.

Nudist Accommodation

Return to Discussions

As I live on the island I obviously don't need accommodation but please find below a list of some nudist accommodation I have found that is available.

The Monte Marina Naturist Resort is probably the most complete complex on the island: link https://monte-marina.com/ the complex consists of 47 apartments and is located in the South of the island in the Jania penisula.

Jandia Princess Hotel, this hotel is textile but does have a nudist swimming pool, all other areas of the hotel are textile.

Infinity Apartments, Corralejo this complex has "Naturist Times" certain times of the year where it is exclusively naturist, see https://www.fue.me.uk/naturist.htm

Apparently there are some "nudist friendly" apartments in El Cotillo, will update once I've done some further research, if anyone else can add to this list then please do so.

What is clear is that there is a severe lack of naturist accommodation on the island especially when there are so many naturists that visit the island that is evident from the beaches. A business idea for someone!!

RE: Nudist Accommodation

HiWe were staying at Magic Life. We had a great time. The food was good. The staff very friendly and cheerful. The hotel was clean and tidy. The naturist area is lovely although would like it to be bigger. There are plenty of sunbeds around the pool. The naturist zone is in the spa area. There is a sauna and steam room there also for nudist use and also a textile sauna for the other guests. Fruit and soft cold drinks are available on a self service basis.I am sure you will enjoy it Brian.Hope this is of help.Nudeduo

RE: Nudist Accommodation

I'll be going back to Monte Marina over Easter, this time with my girlfriend. Will be my third time there. One thing I really like about Monte Marina is its location. If you head north from there it is fairly undeveloped -] more natural.

RE: Nudist Accommodation

EL Cotillo
While there is no explicitly nudist accommodation in El Cotillo the El Caleton apartments on the clothing-optional coves are usually reckoned to be the best for nudists, although according to the management nudity is forbidden within the complex. Many prople have reported that they have had no problem with being naked though.
My own preference is for Maravilla apartments which are also on the beach (see this short videohttps://vimeo.com/82490517 ). The German owner is a nudist and nobody has ever reported problems with nakedness throughout the complex. Be aware that the accommodation at Maravilla is rather basic for the price it is spotlessly clean and the linen service is exemplary. In my opinion these factors more than compensate for the lack of luxury.
The Cotillo Sunset, Cotillo Largos and El Balcon apartments are also directly on the lagoons and while not totally nude-friendly you will need only a towel round you to walk from your apartment to the beach.
There are also some other apartments on the lagoons which are close enough to walk naked to the beach.

RE: Nudist Accommodation

Further to my post above, although the new developments in El Cotillo have increased the textile population on the first coves, I have not found any problems with being naked - even when I am on the beach as a lone male while my wife is shopping or sunbathing naked on our apartment terrace.
