Naked Workout in Canberra
Return to DiscussionsHi everyone! Does anyone know of somewhere I can workout naked in Canberra? Happy to workout with someone in a private home gym, with a private trainer at their place, or with a small group. I have not worked out in a gym before, and badly someone to help me get back in shape. I have been doing naked yoga for 5 1/2 years, but I think it is time to expand beyond that. I also need some aerobic training as well as strength training. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. :-))
