Welcome to the club, Sergio. A survey here in the Netherlands revealed that about one-third of gay guys sleep naked, and I think the proportion of society in general is quite high, so here at least it's not all that uncommon. But despite the climate here, at least 10% of people report doing something naturist - at home, beach, etc., and not including saunas. Not a bad land for being a naturist - just the weather!

Hi Sergio!! I also enjoy sleeping nude year-round. When it's cold out, I just get another blanket.

Surely anyone who is a naturist would sleep sans clothes. What reason could there be for sleeping clothed in your own home??

Sleeping in clothing makes no sense to me unless it's to protect you from the cold or heat. Otherwise, sleep nude.

Hi Sergio,
Welcome and I, too, sleep nude all year long. Is there any other way to sleep?

Sleeping in clothing makes no sense to me unless it's to protect you from the cold or heat. Otherwise, sleep nude. How would sleeping in clothing protect from the heat? If it is hot enough to need fire protective clothing, how much sleeping are you going to be doing? If not to protect from THAT extreme, how would wearing clothing help you keep cooler?
Sleeping in clothing to keep warm makes sense if you have inadequate bedding (sheets, blankets) for the weather, but if you do have adequate bedding, sleeping nude in the cold helps distribute the body heat more evenly under the blankets than wearing anything would. In extreme cold weather, I will wear a knit cap on my head since it stays out from under the blankets. Otherwise I am toasty warm under the covers in my natural birthday suit/swimsuit/pajamas, my skin.
