Lol. If you are overweight I'm a beached wale. What does it matter? Your body / my body are the only ones we have. Nudists come in all shapes and sizes. body confidence has nothing to do with our figure, or physique. Just get naked and enjoy life.

All bodies are beautiful. And if you really want to change yours, the first step is complete acceptance as you are. The insecurity cannot be solved by changing , as it just takes one bad experience to reignite. Asking for assurance and support from other men is a good place to start, but you need to take those good vibes and give them to you too. Self love is the objective, and the more you have it, the better getting older is. Nude bonding is a great way to help another guy and yourself.

I admire your posting and the pride of your picture. In our polarized society, we seem to be put into two camps: body acceptance and body shaming. I am not for shame, but I believe in both body acceptance and wellness. This means that the question of being fat is not relevant. Rather, do you feel in a condition you are happy with when you climb stairs or exert yourself? Do you participate in all activities you'd like to? Do you feel good eating and digesting a meal? Wellness is an attitude and lifestyle which is individual for everyone. Skinny people can be unhealthy and heavier people healthy depending on many factors. We choose our wonders and our lifestyles, and they are good.
