Yes the gland rings work great. But sometimes they come off in bed and hard to find the next morning. lol But the shaft ring is not a good idea at all. More of a problem during the night again.
But during the day ohh no problem. Depends on what activity is planned for. The beach make sure its tight enough not to fall off in the sand. Or at the mall shopping ! But its great with the correct size in the dressing room and the curtains are a little open. The shiny thing gets others looking. Or at the hot tubs is a great time for the very heavy rings. I've managed to wear multiple 40mm metal rings for a number of days on end, with the usual reason to remove them being to give my skin a rest. I read once, if you have a non elastic ring, like stainless steel, you need to be able to fit two fingers between the ring and the base of your penis.
My last ring, I forgot if its 1.75in or 2in.
But anyway, this is personal fitting. I can wear it without issues for hours. Never had a pain. This one stays nicely in place. While in erection, some days I get darker color in my balls, some days not.
Using a cockring might provide a darker color on your coco and balls due to blood vessel restriction. And this is where you do not want to have it for too long.
So the sexual intercourse should not last more than 20-30 minutes, to avoid blood clots. This was my understanding. From blood clots can results big issues.

I think what theyre referring too is its dangerous to wear them any longer than 20-30 minutes if you wear them while having sex, I know a few guys whose wives love the feel of the head ring during intercourse, but all the guys say you MUST ! take them off as soon as your done.
And anal sex with a head ring on is most definitely discouraged due to the possibility that the ring can be pulled off due to the much narrower entrance.
I suppose the time limit depends on how much of a stayer you are but I would think 20-30 minutes would see us all done. I believe the same warning applies to wearing them at night, its just not a good idea.

Sounds like i have the wrong size ring, after 30-40 mins it tends to get a little painful and have to take it off, its great during sex as it prolongs my errecton
