I wear some metal Glans Rings 24/7, 365 days.

I don't have any problem wearing them, they are snug not too tight.

I like 'em snug, so skin irritation is generally the limiting factor for me. Have to have a rest period for it to recover.

Regarding Glans rings, my penis is small when not errect and obviously larger when errect, surely the Glans ring becomes too tight during an errection
