Return to DiscussionsMaybe I'm different but I've never gotten an erection at a nude beach, nude park, nude campground, sauna, steam room, or pool that I didn't choose to get. While there is a certain thrill each time I get naked at these places - mainly since I don't do it all the time - it's not anything that is sexually stimulating enough to bone up. Even non-sexual erections aren't an issue. Now, that being said, there are constant fluctuations in size but I think that occurs naturally all the time. Even for those who do get erect I think after like the first 5 minutes it is done because you get used to being naked with other people.

I am the same way. I strip naked and get boned almost immediately in the presence of others. If it gets looked at or commented on well I stay hard. Who cares, erections are healthy and normal...embrace the wood!
I get hard almost every time i hang naked with mates. They know it....once in a while one of them will bone up too. I usually tell new nudist mates that i will probably bone up at some point and if it's a problem then we'd best not nude up together. It's never been a problem with anyone.
It has not happened to me yet. When I feel it coming on, I count jelly beans in my head or some such thing to ward it off.I like the comments here. ..maybe I should just let it happen.

Interesting discussion. So here is my two cents worth. A number of years ago while using the gang shower in a locker room the guy across from me had a huge erection. He looked at me as to apologize. A couple of days later the same guy at the same shower had the same erection. This time I got a pretty good semi and was embarrassed. Another time at a nude beach, I was an infrequent attender, a guy was walking around with a huge erection walking near women and children. I was embarrassed for him and/or the children and I completely shrank. Finally a few times at a nude resorts I have seen guys in the Jacuzzi with erections and it was no big deal.
Me, I'd probably have to excuse myself and relieve the pressure somewhere private. Unless someone WANTED to watch, ha ha.
If there was no sign of my erection going down, I probably would also have had to go and relieve the pressure somewhere.
One time at a nude beach back in the dunes, I was doing just that when a man and woman walked by. The lady came right up to me and asked me if she could help. Needless to say I took her up on the offer whilst her husband just sat and watched.
I agree with most of you here, erections are natural and can happen for many or no reason. I got one reading these posts! In a male bonding situation they really should be either celebrated or simply accepted. In my experience, among a group of guys, erections are like a yawn, very contagious!! Line all the guys up and it will look like a stadium wave!Personally I love my dick when it is hard.
LoiusMontreal - I also have had erections in nude men's yoga class and in partner work. We just adjusted slightly our position to not make it painful and over time went semi soft or flaccid. Does not always happen but there are two individual poses that I can almost guarantee it happening to me and normally in restorative sessions.
I want to add something to this post, because of personal experience way back when. The first and last time I was able to do nude yoga in a group was in my college days. The group met in one older members home every morning. For the most part there was just the heat and the asanas, but occasionally the younger college guys would sport some wood. We never did partner work. When it happened to me, and I assume the same for other guys, I just went on as best I could without hurting myself. No one said anything, now one complained, and most importantly, everyone had a great experience together. It was group bonding. It was a great way to greet the morning. (for those who care to know, the group was all male, but not because we set that as a rule. And it was not gay. In fact, I suspect most were straight as the group formed out of a meditation class.
