I managed to get there once. I wrote about it here at the time, not sure whereabouts. The main Oaks beach is visible from a lookout from near the car park above (a point I forgot when I thought I had gad it to myself) and is sandy with big surf and a few sheltered rock pools at the western end. The east beach is easy to find around the headland on your left as you approach. It also has sand beyond the rocks but, when I was there, there was no rock-free entrance to the water and the surf suggested I don't attempt to enter. There is a rock pool, possibly covered at high tide, which warms pleasantly in the sun on a nice day.
