We paid our entrance fee and got the extra towel for $1 and armed with a locker key went in and stripped down bare, locked everything but our footwear in the locker and walked bare ass into the hot tub and cool plunge pool room. In the corner there was a massage table. My friend said there is no masseuse but that visitors can use the table and work on each other. So after some back and forth between the pools we tried out the table. There were about 3 or 4 other guys using the pools or adjacent showers as first I worked on my friend then he worked on me. Since no oil is provided, we used the bar soap which as long as we were wet with some warm water made a perfect lubricant for a good rub. Everyone bare, no one embarrassed that a woodie or two sprung up. Later a solo visitor laid down on the table and I worked on him. Just a good clean relaxing way to spend an couple of hours with another guy.
If you ever get the chance find a spa that is comfortable with nudity. It makes it a very enjoyable experience.

there a sauna / steam rooms , i use in east london
swim wear is option , so 90 per cent go nude
in a standard thing , after a good steam , to exchange massages with each other
as it in the steam room , more often than not we use the shampoo to massage wach other
and yes , we all naked , with fellows walking in and out
and yes it nice to give and recevered a massage totally nude

Great idea to use the empty massage table to work on each other. And the atmosphere at King Spa is low key enough that I imagine that no one reacts to an occasional erection. If anyone feels uptight about it they can jump into the 34 degree pool where all things quickly contract
Indeed ... best massage I've had was naked and uncovered butindoors from a nudist woman at a nude resort in the Caribbean but ... a very close best massage was always given to us by a nudist friend, who worked at a nude resort and gave all massages outside and you were completely nude and uncovered! Although I preferred the massage given to me by the nudist woman at the nude resort in the Caribbean, the massage given to us by our friend at the nude resort and done outside had the better environment. Wish I could have combined the two! :D
Very fortunate that my masseur is a nudist so he also is nude when I book a massage.
There is a Korean bathhouse locally which is also good but no massage table in the spa sauna area. There are masseurs with private rooms and I am always nude for a massage there. The aspect that I find sad here is that the bathhouse is getting a little sad, it is totally indoors and few see a bathhouse as a social environment. Indeed most seem positively antisocial.
