just add to the home gym $200 worth of equipment every year. Once it gets warm I run nude at our home resort as well.

You can $200 a year fromyour healthcare benefit you can use for gym equipment. Thats awesome.

homeclothesfree,

I just have the basic set up. It's available on Amazon (what isn't) for $137. It's the "TRX GO Suspension Trainer System".

I got it as a gift and have enjoyed working out with it.

I will check it out what areas do you target or get the greatest benefit from using TRX

I workout with kettlebells, and resistance bands. I like the feeling of freedom of being naked while working out.
Not to mention no sticky clothes wet with sweat. Just let you body do it natural thing an let sweat evaporate.

I use bands, bodyweight and a basic machine with weight plates. Enjoy the freedom of working out nude also.
