I'm starting a day sailing charter in Portland, OR. One aspect of the business will be clothing optional. With this, I'll need crew.

Do you live in Portland/Vancouver/surrounding area? Bonus points if you know how to sail, but a desire to learn and ability to follow direction from the captain is mandatory. Must be fit enough to perform tasks on the boat with speed and efficiency. You'll need to raise and trim sails by grinding on old winches, jump on and off the boat at dock to secure the boat and tie dock lines, and be able to safely run below to the fridge to provide drinks for our guests. Another important aspect of the job is comfort being nude in a social environment, along with the utmost discretion and respect for the customer and other crew members.

I'd like to have a few people available to call based upon availability times and the charter guests (customers). Considering comfort of all my guests, I'm looking for a female crew for some charters while an all male crew would be ideal or suitable for others. As the season is winding down now, I'd like to have a few people in place come spring. Part of the process will be getting to know you, to make sure you are a good fit.

Possible opportunities for extended charters (overnights at local beaches), possibly also week long charters in the San Juans. I hate that I have to state this, but I'm happily married. This would be a strictly professional arrangement, both towards me and the customers. Any indiscretion results in immediate termination of the relationship. The severity of the indiscretion will determine whether you have to swim to shore.
