Return to DiscussionsThe Instagram post he made a week prior, he was clearly wearing shorts, so I'd say probably not. He lived in a very populated area, and probably had to put up with drones flying overhead from TMZ type outlets all the time, so even if he was inclined to, wouldn't.

Yep. Autopsy results pending, but if I had to guess, his body was severely weakened from years of alcohol and substance abuse. Even though he's been clean for many years now, the damage was done. Hot tub temperature hot water strains the body after a very short time, and there were indications he was on medications that would make this worse. This is why it is advised to not be in one alone, and certainly not if you have pre-existing conditions and/or medications that depress the body.

I cant believe the inappropriate and insensitive comments here. A guy has died and all some people can comment on is whether he was naked when his body was discovered and, if so, why was this fact not disclosed by the media to the general public. Shame on you.
So sad that we lost one of the iconic actors from Friends. Nothing has been reported but don't you think he was most likely nude in his hot tub? I am curious why the media has omitted that detail .
Because this is a detail that is not important to the story!!!
