I love working out nude! I used to work out nude at the Club Ft. Lauderdale when I lived in the area. Now I have a home gym set up where clothing is prohibited

I like to do stretching and mobility naked, feels much better to be free of the restrictions of clothes for it!

I also am partial to nude exercise that involves mobility. I feel more connected to my body. Naked yoga too.

I regularly workout nude at home with my kettlebells and TRX bands. Id be open to the idea of working out together by video but the time difference may be a problem.
