this is for my current Flatmate & friend of 8 yrs I am trying to find someone to replace me whilst I go try living and working back across the pond in NZ ... .. our place is one of friendship and respect and close to everything one wants and needs... good rent ,large sized apartment with internal laundry , big kitchen area.. bedroom is large with Built in for 2 and ensuite... can be furnshed or unfurnished.. train 5 mins from door to door.. one station from Westfield shopping centre and a smaller one 2 stations away.. Local pub and some cafe/resturants in area which are very good.. suite either shift worker or 9 - 5 hours worker...your flatmate is a shift worker...
