It is indeed, although the two aren't exactly the same. When my wife goes to a nude or CO venue and is nude in a group I don't even bat an eye. If she is wearing skimpy/revealing clothing in public I experience erotic stimulation. Similarly, my eyes seem drawn to women in skimpy/revealing outfits but hardly give women at a nude resort a second look.
