    We hit the jackpot with the weather for a few days in Devon. There are paid car parks in Budleigh but you can park on the housing estate and it is only 10 minutes and you are on the nude beach. It is rocky - bring jellies or pumps and a good thick towel or roll-up mattress to get comfy. Water fantastic. Mainly couples once you are in the nude area, single guys seemed to wander further on under the cliffs. No creepy guys and 100% naturist!

  • Big stones!

    Nice and peaceful however the pebbles on the beach are huge making them quite difficult to walk on, and you`ll need to bring something padded or inflatable to lay on. Due to the local soil the sea is a muddy red colour. You can park for free in the town in a car park just off Station Road (by the park) or in one of the side roads here, and then it`s a short walk to the Steamer Steps down to the beach. The part of the beach furthest from the town is popular with gay men.

    a very quite beach,very beautiful scenery but all pebble beach and parking £3 for 3 hours on main car park just in the town or if you are earlier enough to park on sea front you pay £1 20 for 2 hours,still not enough time to make a full day
