From Llanelli travel the A484 through Burry Port and then to Pembrey. Turn left at sign for Pembrey Country Park. Over rail line and travel half a mile or so to the Park entrance ( entrance fee 5 or 2 after 4pm in the summer months. Go through park for about a mile towards the dunes behind the beach and eventually turn right for car park no.1 . Park at the far end. There are no refreshments on the beach so bring food and drink with you and towels etc. Take the track westwards and walk for quarter of mile to turn onto beach over the low dunes and then once on the beach turn to the right and walk for half a mile to the large stone boulders and the shipwreck . After that area you can find a place to set yourself down or even up on the dune if it is possible . It is not an official nudist beach so be discreet and cover up when the rangers travel by in there truck! As long as people are sensible the rangers /life guards turn a blind eye to nudists even if the local council does not!!
