  Visited after reading reviews and talking to folks about this place. There is quite the diversity of people there. We were around the Trail 6 site and enjoyed the day.

  In early June 2019 I was traveling to Vancouver BC for vacation. I was only there for a couple days, but I took the opportunity to visit Wreck Beach. It was June, so water was still pretty cold, but beach had lots of folks hanging out. I'd say about a quarter of them were nude or topless, but I liked that there were all sorts of folks around and everyone got along great. The beach isn't white sands so it's a bit rougher but there are lots of logs and such around to sit on in addition to just laying out on the sand. Saw folks everywhere from college kids up to seniors and everyone was having a…

  السلبيات: The stairs. From the road down to the beach is 400 stairs. Going down is not too bad, but back up is a trek. But the stairs are solid, the handrails are good and there are multiple landings and benches to rest on while you go.

  Wreck Beach is such a wonderful place with a great mixture of young and old. It has an atmosphere all of its own that draws you in and makes you feel like you are in another world altogether. It is great to see such a wonderful spot within the limits of a major Canadian City.

  First liberating nudist experience here, found such great freedom. Of the 3 areas (Towers, Gate 6, Gay) I prefer the “Towers” side, [between the gun towers and Spanish Banks] as it is more private and feel quite safe. Easy 15 minute walk from Spanish Banks parking lot, instead of hiking down steep stairs at gate 6. When tide is out, fantastic sands stretching for miles, check tide calendars to maximize. Best time of year July to Labour Day, not as many shadows over the beach. Beautiful sunsets, magnificent views of mountains and City of Vancouver. Not as windy. As this is a ‘clothing optional’…

• Wreck beach

  This was my first ever social nudism experience. And I must say it was very positive, a very busy and interesting beach. Once I disrobed I enjoyed myself thoroughly.

  السلبيات: Too many textile folk, if you are going to a beach like this, then lose the clothes!!!
