  Lovely manicured grounds. Love Kaz, she's a beautiful person. RIP Big Al, loved playing pool with you, you win some you lose some mate. Cheers. Lots of events and wonderful memories here. Kaz now has the place managed, but Balkaz is still a great place to day visit or stay for the weekend/traveling/traveling through. They even assist with transportation to and from the train station, for those visiting from out of town. And to the local Sunshine Coast airport.

  I stay at Balkaz often and have used both the onsite caravans which are comfortable but fairly basic, and also my own camper. Great managers, Dave and Jenny, great pool which is lovely and warm, good spa, plenty of seating and loungers and a nice kitchen and meeting area. Pool table, camp fire and regular special events with live music. See you there!

  Have visited Balkaz several times over the past 6-7 years. Last there in Mar/Apr last year, can`t remember exact date. Beautifully manicured 2 acre property with sunny pool area. Large clubhouse area with TV/DVD player, kitchenette, laundry and separate amenities, dining area and pool table. Ideal for there Saturday parties (see there website for event details). Large spa pool seats approx. 8 persons in an enclosed outdoor patio area with protection from insects and the elements. Wii and karaoke are made available for use in the clubhouse upon request.   I have been to Balkaz a couple of times and have always been greeted warmly and had a great time by the pool or playing 8 ball. I have not tried the spa yet but hope to soon.

  Pros: on site pool, games room and accommodation with room for acaravans and tents
