Sunset view
5.00So I went here around sunset a few weeks ago by myself and it was pretty empty. Walking down the wooden stairs can feel scary but the long walk down is worth it! I saw a beautiful sunset and the sand felt amazing under my feet. The north side is the nudist side of the beach but during high tide is nearly impossible to get to unless you don’t mind climbing some rocks.
Pros: A clear divide between the nude and non-nudist side of the beach.
Cons: Gawkers Small pools of water that have lots of bugs.

GORGEOUS! So worth the traffic from San Fran.
5.00A bit of a hike down but SOOO worth it! Although textiles now dominate the south side of beach, north side is clothing optional. The surf was too strong to enter by myself, and I enjoy being in water, other than that LOVED! I saw a whale spout off but waves so high hard to see whale itself.
