• Lokrum FKK

  My wife and I w Took the ferry to Lokrum yesterday . To call it a beach would a mistake. It is series of Allen boulders and rock ledges dipping down into the Adriatic Sea. Mostly older people 40-70’s and gay men. Access to the beach is easy and well marked. You find a flat rock and lay out your towels. In September the sun will set behind the pines by about 16:00. It wasn’t the best FKK beach…. I’d go back… but my wife says she won’t. She didn’t like the jagged rocks.

  Pros: Easy access

  Contras: Not a real friendly place probably better if you are a young gay man (not really a con, but I’m an older straight guy) The sharp jagged rocks are trecherous!

  It's a long time ago now. Not even sure about the year. But in the time when it was Yugoslavia. I've been to Dubrovnik 3 times and stayed in the Lapad peninsula. Almost every day i took the boat to Lokrum. As it was at that time the only place for naturists.

  Pros: Nice and relaxed. And they nice raznjic in the restaurant. Sorry for misspelling.

  Contras: None. But i think it is too expensive nowadays.
