I can`t believe it

I can`t believe someone was hanging out nude at Purandar. It is not so secluded. There is always lot of traffic on foot of people visiting and school outings, etc. Is this for real? I have been to Purandar more than 10 times in my life and could never feel that I can remove cloths there.
