visited twice now august 2020 and again september 2020 staff very good kirsty is a very kind lady willing to help atall times good selection of people all ages all sizes have stayed several nights each time beds could do with being better quality otherwise pool jacuzzis stream and sauna all very good the day price includes all amenities. refreshments available at a price...
Pros: parking good, covid aware, made to feel very welcome. central heating and cool air fans in rooms.
Cons: overnight accomodation of bed quality could be better

I went for first time recently (Dec 17) as near to a job I was doing. It was easy to find as you can follow signage to Brands Hatch race-track and it's pretty much next door. The owners were on site and I was given a tour of the venue and what it has to offer. There are two spa pools, good sized (and deep) pool, steam room, sauna, lounge with cafe, showers, locker area, TV room, mini gym, 'rest rooms' and adult TV room. I went on a Sunday and it was pretty quiet so had free choice of what I wanted to use. Pool was a perfect temperature and the atmosphere was nice and friendly. Was offered a ma…
Pros: Only £15 for a day visitor. Good range of facilities. Easy to find.
Cons: No WiFi in the lounge and crappy phone signal (on 3 and Vodafone). Needs a little TLC in places.

This is a good place. It was my 1st time visiting a club and was made to feel very welcome. The staff were lovely. The facilities were good. The sauna could`ve been hotter and the steam could`ve been steamier but that`s just my thing. Will be visiting again though.
