Years ago, I discovered naturism and nudist community and it helped me embrace my body and getting in tune with the most natural way to live. As a gay man, it also helped me overcome personal insecurity about my body needing to "look" a certain way.
My formal training and education as a therapist gives me a unique angle for the work. My experience working alongside psychologists in hospitals has given me a solid foundation for my unique coaching methodology.
