I've been working for a long time to be "at home in my skin": and more and more I'm happiest when I'm in my skin and nothing but.
I read a lot; I write but not as much as I want to. I'm interested in poetry, novels, theology, art.
Sounds pretty straight, doesn't it: truth is, I've also been getting naked whenever and wherever I could get away with it for as long as I can remember: so while my Naturist Society card says I've been a member since 1985, I've actually been taking my clothes since I was a toddler ... or so my rather prudish family tells me. But that's another story (not unlike those of so many who are members of this site) -- rather long and fairly boring, but that of one who is more and more able to live naked as much as possible.
And I'm very grateful to the folks I've met on True Nudist who have been part of my journey as a naked guy.
About friends: I like friends -- but I'd like to know what you see in my profile that makes you interested in contacting me. I'd like a little conversation before I add you to "my group." Thanks!
Peace -- and Stay naked!
I love music, mostly classical and jazz but then there's Wilco and Blue Rodeo. I'm interested in art and want to learn more about art and art history. I read: fiction and poetry, but also history, biography, current affairs.
A Man for All Seasons, The Lord of the Rings, Babbette's Feast, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly (and the other shows in the sequence). The Magnicent Seven, The Mission, Platoon, Apocalypse Now. Harry Potter. The Lion in Winter ... and so on ...
Classical Music: As I was saying, Mozart, Mahler, Bach and Brahms. I have season tickets for the Philadelphia Orchestra, and I really, admire Pat Metheny -- but then there's the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band ("Skinny dippin' and lone star sippin' ... ")
Achilles. As in Homer. Hey, let's go for name-brand recognition!
