Im open to chat about shyness and nudity. It affects lots of us especially starting out. Some thoughts about nudism: You can be barely dressed, but are not nude until those parts of your body that create life (and for women nourish new life) are also exposed. Our bodies are nothing to be ashamed of - a lifelong belief instilled as a child. When you are physically open you are more emotionally open. If I'm here chatting, I'm nude.
