My Interests

So many interests, so little time. Cooking (and eating as you can see) would be a year round interest. One of the pictures is of me looking at a wine bottle, the book shelf beside me is part of my cookbook collection. The bottle of wine is a nice Alsatian Reisling. I just received a case of 6 from a wine buying club that I belong to.Other interests include woodworking, I made that book shelf. It was originally used in a larger kitchen as a microwave stand and shelf. There are several other pieces at home, and I have a list of projects to do. Beyond that I like to fish in the summer time, getting out on my boat is always fun and sometimes and opportunity for nude sunbathing. Winter time interests are mostly indoors, I used to ski and skate, now I just shovel. I collect stamps, German stamps are my specialty. I also make some of my own fishing lures and fishing flies. I am thinking of starting a home based business manufacturing fishing lures, mostly large ones for catching Muskies and Northern Pike. Some members of my fishing club do this and basically they earn the money to pay for their fishing trips and tackle.

Rock music, from the 60's and up now. I like to hear anything new (maybe only once), but I get tired of hearing something too many times. How often do you need to hear 'Stairway to Heaven'? Don't really like country, some folk is OK.
