Hello, I'm a naturist from Japan who values freedom, self-acceptance, and body positivity.
For me, nudism isnt about showing off its about feeling the air on my skin, relaxing, and living more authentically.
At home I often spend time nude to feel calm and at peace. Sometimes I also enjoy wearing a little body jewelry, not in a sexual way, but as a fun way to appreciate my body and boost self-confidence.
I like taking on small challenges that help me grow and slowly expand my comfort zone.
One of my biggest challenges now is learning to be more open about my nudism. Its not always easy, but I want to share this part of myself honestly and connect with people who see nudism as something natural and positive.
