Can day visitors visit the nude beach?

Turtle Cove has a lovely private ocean beach, wonderful views, nice common areas. Why was that tangle chosen as the profile pic I wonder? My visit to Turtle Cove was a number of years ago. Really enjoyed it. Hope it's kept its friendly feel.
