Progress...

Well, last week we went to the beach. Unfortunately, it wasn't clothing optional. Being the only nudist sucks. anyway....
I managed to eat pretty well and exercised 4 days. This week, i've eaten quite well and have been doing two miles per day on the treadmill. I do one mile in the morning using "interval training". Then I do another mile in the afternoon at about a Level 7 or 8 effort. My legs are tired but I can already tell a difference in my normal walking. My plan is to continue 2 miles per day (most days) 6 days per week for the next 4 or 5 weeks. Then I will begin some strength training again. I started at 260lbs and hope to get down around 210 - 215lbs by Spring '11.
BTW - I am 'treadmilling' nude followed by a quick swim in the pool to cool off.
