Circumstances have kept me from working out...
I got in a workout on Thursday (had to be back at the hospital and missed Friday), so I did the Plyometrics from P90X...and dadgum, am I sore! It's a good sore, though!! That was due to all the squats and lunges it incorporates. I felt very rewarded when I finished, sweat just pouring off me!

I'm fighting some issues... first it was my shoulder so I gave it a few days but did everything else. Now my elbow that I broke two years ago is really hurting. I hope it's ok tomorrow. Only have 9 workouts until Day 30! The scales aren't changing and the BF% isn't changing much. I am tweaking calories, protein and carbs to see if I can get it straightened out. I've lost over an 1.5 inches in my stomach in the last three weeks and other areas are also losing but the BF% should change more than I'm seeing.
