RE:gym clothing

Probably not the answer you were looking for but my gym clothing is zero. I have gym appropriate clothes but since I workout at home it is good to be able to just roll out of bed naked and workout clothes free whether it is ride my spin bike, running treadmill, or using stepper for cardio and doing strength and cardio with kettlebells or just lifting weights. Not sure how comfortable I would feel anymore working out in clothes.

It certainly is uncomfortable for me when I have to wear clothes when working out on vacation, but I don't want to skip workouts when I am traveling.
Sometimes if the gym isn't busy or has a lot of glass in the walls, I will remove my shirt and that helps some. Once or twice when I was alone, I was tempted to remove my shorts also, but worried about what would happen if someone walked in.

RE:gym clothing

Medium length gym shorts and tank top or t-shirt with the sides cut out almost to the waist.Wish I could work out shirtless.I am considering making one of my cut out shirts smaller and smaller until I am told to wear more next time.

I know that this is an old post, but I thought that I would mention that I was in the process of gradually cutting more away from the shirts I wore to the gym when Covid started, Now I work out at home and never wear a shirt and rarely wear shorts.

I still wear short shorts and a t-shirt. I workout in public gyms so I can't be nude. However, I do only wear shorts that has the underwear built in. I think it's weird when guys wear those kind of shorts with underwear on as well.

Since it will still be a couple months before my sunroom has all the building materials out of it and I can set up my home nude gym, I just joined the Planet Fitness here in Vero since it is free with the Silver Sneakers part of my Aetna Medicare plan so I can try to be in the best shape possible for the naked bike ride in Toronto on June 8.. They are open 24 hours during the week but close nights on the weekend. When I go during the day, I will wear my Soffe nylon running shorts with the liners intact since I have a lot of them, and a tank top. If I am there late at night or stupid early in the morning I will wear the same shorts with the liners removed and either a tank top or a t shirt with the sleeves removed to a string tank type shirt. Either way, I will not be wearing underwear

If you go very early or late you might not need a shirt.
